Side Gate Installation, Timber Deck Boards on 4x2 Treated Frame - Preston
Garage Conversion & Roofline Extension - Barton, Preston
This project involved the complete conversion of a prefabricated 1970s garage into a fully upgraded and functional space.
Works included a roofline extension, full tanking and waterproof sealing, and the installation of new uPVC fascias, gutters, and water butts.
The exterior was fully wrapped and finished with quality timber cladding, complemented by new uPVC windows and doors. Drainage works were undertaken alongside first-fix plumbing and both first and second-fix electrical installations.
Internally, new stud partition walls were constructed and insulated with 75mm Celotex insulation to improve thermal performance.
The existing floor was overlaid with plywood, sealed, and screeded before receiving a durable epoxy resin finish, creating a clean, hard-wearing surface suitable for a variety of uses.
